ROSABEL
The U.S. remixing duo Rosabel comprised Chicago-based DJ/producer Ralphi Rosario and Miami-based DJ/producer Abel Aguilera. They debuted in the late ’90s while working on records by Donna Summer and Gloria Estefan. In 2000, Rosabel teamed up to work on Debbie Jacobs’ “Don’t You Want My Love,” and re-introduced Jennifer Holliday in the club/dance scene with a remix of “And I Am Telling You I’m Not Going.” In 2001, their hit “The Power,” performed by Jeamie Tracey and featured on the top-rated HBO series Sex and the City, anticipated the success of their following single “That Sound.”

RALPHI ROSARIO//
Ralphi Rosario was a founding member of the influential Chicago DJ group Hot Mix 5. When this group formed in 1981 on radio station WBMX (now WVAZ), Rosario, the youngest member of the group, was still in high school. The Hot Mix 5 went on to become one of the leading forces in the early Chicago house music scene. Like other members of the group, Rosario eventually branched out into music production and remixing. His first release, made in collaboration with Vince Lawrence, was Sample That! in 1986 under the name Bang Orchestra. In 1987, his collaboration with Xaviera Gold, You Used to Hold Me, became a big hit for Rosario that was subsequently remixed and re-released several times. Rosario continues to work as a DJ and remixer and has released several full-length albums. He has remixed tracks by artists including INXS, the Shamen, Jomanda, Culture Beat, Gloria Estefan, Deee-Lite, Pet Shop Boys, Madonna, Michael Bublé, Mariah Carey, Ricky Martin, Kelly Clarkson, Pussycat Dolls, and Liza Fox. On December 1, 2011, it was announced that Rosario, with producing partner Abel Aguilera, received a 2012 Grammy nomination for the Rosabel Club Mix of the Rihanna track Only Girl (In the World).

ABEL AGUILERA//
Born in Brooklyn, New York, now in Miami, Florida, Abel Aguilera has always had a passion for House music. He isn’t new on the market, in fact, he had his first pair of turntables and mixer at fifteen years old and within a year, was spinning high school parties, sweet sixteen’s and weddings. Within the years 80’s, 90’s, 2000’s he was spinning career defining Miami and NYC residencies in nightclubs including “Club 1235”, “Sound Factory(2)”, “Paragon”, “Salvation”, “Glam Slam”, “Space”, “Score / Trade” and also had a 5 year radio mix show on Miami’s Super Q FM 107 1982-1987 Abel’s profile among the dance community skyrocketed in March of 1992 with the opening of Paragon in South Beach, Miami. South Beach was the epicenter of the U.S. Abel reigned supreme as the club’s resident Saturday night DJ. Partiers reveled at Abel’s explosive blend of heavy progressive tribal beats, diva anthems, Deep House after hours, and retooled classics and with his new status, Abel enjoyed a plethora of headlining offers from clubs and events from around the world. He expertly selected the best opportunities and by the time Salvation closed its doors in 2001, Abel had solidified his position among the elite after-hour DJs. He had branded his name with some of the USA’s biggest events, including his longest almost 3 decade long residencies at San Francisco’s “Aftershock” and “WPPS”.
