Frequently Asked questions
Not always! Some of our nights are 18+ with alcohol for 21+ like Thursdays and some Roll events, as well as some of our one off events. Check the nights or events page for updated info for that night or event.
Tracks is currently open Thursdays, Fridays, & Saturdays. Doors open at varying times depending on the event but usually 9pm. Sometimes we have events on other nights of the week. Check the events page for updated times and dates.
Our office hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday. Please call ahead to see if we’ve found the item you’re looking for before you head down. Unfortunately, Tracks is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
The $25 charge you see on your account is called a “Pre Authorization.” We run this when you open a bar tab to make sure there is enough money in your account to open a tab. It is a safety precaution for you and for us. It is not an actual charge. It should only be pending/processing right now and should go away in a few days. If it does not, please feel contact us.
All customers are required to have a physical and valid (non hole punched or expired) US government issues ID. For all non US issues ID’s a government issues valid passport is required. US military issues ID is valid, as well as CO digital license. Photo copies, social security cards, or birth certificates, are not valid forms of identification.
